Shipping policy
Packages are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will forward a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package as soon as possible.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed and a variable part according to the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each order. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products .
Shipping costs are already visible in the shopping basket and are calculated directly based on the weight of your order.
When completing your order, even before your payment, you can indicate which carrier and delivery method you prefer. This will be used to determine the final shipping costs.

-Home delivery, select: Home delivery
-Deliver to another address, select: Home delivery - tick 'deliver to another address'
-Deliver to a pick-up point select: Collection point
-You can also collect your order from Mosaicshop, Linkhoutstraat 212, 3560 Lummen, Belgium select: Collect in store (free of charge)

You have ordered and now?
-Packages are dispatched during working days within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
-We advise you to group your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders, you will have to pay shipping costs for each order.
-You will receive an email from us with a Track and Trace code with which you can track your parcel yourself. You can always find it in your account in the web shop.
-Delivery times depend on the carrier concerned. We cannot determine when the parcel will be delivered or where it may be dropped. You can indicate this yourself to the relevant carrier.
-After dispatch of your order, we have no further influence on its delivery and are entirely dependent on the deliveries and services of the postal carrier.
Please check your data for correctness when finalising!
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect statement or incomplete address by the buyer, and the parcel is returned, there are two possibilities:
We resend the parcel, the new shipping costs being borne by the buyer.
We refund the amount paid, less the shipping costs paid, to the buyer's account.
