CTG: Pioneers in Digital Transformation IT Solutions and Services
A day full of team-building brought CTG employees together to create beautiful mosaic pieces, weaving the core values of the company into them. These artworks were originally conceived as projects but remained unfinished. However, in 2016, CTG decided to involve the Mosaicshop. This partnership not only put the final pieces in place but also led to the creation of two new mosaic artworks that seamlessly fit CTG's identity.
This collaboration brought the mosaic art to life, transforming it into vibrant testaments to CTG's mission. These artworks are now not just decorations but reflections of the company's heart. Clad in colors and illustrations, they tell the story of collaboration, growth, and an uncompromising dedication to quality.
These mosaics now adorn CTG's walls, serving as a visual manifesto of the company culture.
From unfinished to perfect, from individual to collective, the mosaics reflect the essence of CTG's journey. They are not just artworks but expressions of the continuous evolution and growth of a company driven by innovation.

Restoration of the Paalse Babbelbank
In the heart of Paal center, near the church, there is a special seating area: the Paalse Babbelbanken. Originally created in 2012 by 10 dedicated volunteers from Okra Paal, these benches were intended to strengthen the social fabric of the Paal community.
After years of joyful conversations, friendships, and enduring the elements, the Babbelbanken began to show signs of wear. But in 2018, the municipality of Paal asked the Mosaicshop to restore these mosaic benches. With our passion for mosaic, we naturally took on this task.
With dedication and skill, the Paalse Babbelbanken were restored to their former glory. It was more than just re-mosaicking and replacing broken parts. It was a tribute to those who had previously given their time and effort to create these benches – a recognition of the importance of connection in our community.
The benches were not just pieces of furniture; they witnessed countless stories, laughing faces, and deep conversations. During the restoration process, we were inspired by the stories of local residents who were genuinely attached to this place. It became clear that the Babbelbanken were much more than mosaic and concrete – they were a community meeting place.
Now, with the restored Paalse Babbelbanken proudly shining in the heart of Paal, a new chapter begins. We invite you to take a seat on these symbolic places, not only to rest but to become part of the community and create new memories.
Let us cherish and nurture the Paalse Babbelbanken together. Let us make new friends, share stories, and forge lasting connections. For these benches are more than just seats – they are a symbol of the community, history, and future.
Welcome to the Paalse Babbelbanken – where a meeting becomes a memory, conversations lead to friendship, and the past lights the way to the future.
